A Night of Inspiration, Talent & Triumph Beyond Trophies

Last night, we had the immense pleasure of attending the Commercial Interior Design Hospitality Awards, where our studio, B8 Architecture, was shortlisted for Best Hotel Design Concept with our beloved NH Collection Hotel, Al Marjan.

Although we didn’t take home the trophy this time, the true reward was the incredible experience of being surrounded by some of the most inspiring talents in the industry. To witness such passion, artistry, and dedication gathered under one roof was a reminder of why we do what we do — to create spaces that leave a mark, tell stories, and connect people.

It was a night of elegance, meaningful conversations, and shared admiration for the creative spirit that unites our industry. We feel immensely proud of our incredible team at B8 Architecture, whose talent, passion, and relentless dedication made this nomination possible. And it was an honour to stand alongside so many brilliant studios, designers, and visionaries who continuously raise the bar for what hospitality design can be.

Our heartfelt congratulations to all the deserving winners — your projects set new standards and inspire the entire community to keep moving forward. We applaud your achievements and look forward to crossing creative paths in the future.

For us, this nomination alone is a victory, and nights like these reaffirm our passion for what we do. Here’s to the projects yet to come, to the connections we make along the way, and to the moments that remind us why we fell in love with design in the first place.
