Elyra Mansion: Quiet Confidence in the Heart of Meydan

Elyra Mansion has been a special project for us. Located in Meydan Avenue, one of Dubai’s most vibrant districts, this home gave us the chance to explore what happens when generosity of space meets simplicity in design.

With over 4,500 m² of built area on a 2,500 m² plot, it’s a large house—but it never feels cold or overwhelming. From the outside, its clean lines, natural tones, and soft textures create a quiet presence. Inside, every space has been carefully considered to feel open, calm, and connected to the outdoors.

The layout moves gently across four levels: 12 en-suite bedrooms, family and formal living areas, a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, and a basement with gym, entertainment room, beauty salon, and parking for 10 cars.

But more than just its size, Elyra is defined by how it feels—light-filled, balanced, and peaceful. We used a restrained palette of stone, wood, and soft neutrals to create warmth and timelessness throughout.

This home is not about show—it’s about comfort, clarity, and the kind of understated elegance that grows on you. A place to live well, to disconnect, and to truly feel at home.
