Villa Venus (Madrid, Spain)

In B8 we love working in Spain, where our successful story began! And we are proud to present one of our newest projects, Villa Venus, a magnificent family villa located in Conde Orgaz. An excellent location in the Northeast part of Madrid, a residential area of mainly single-families homes surrounded by extensive green areas but also close to the city center and to all its services.

Villa Venus is an impressive contemporary design that has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms distributed on ground floor, first floor and habitable basement. Around 900 sqm total built house that stands on a 1.800m2 plot, having also nice exterior terraces, pool and garden.

The project main premise is to blend modernity and functionality, looking for an outstanding look thanks to the carefully designed aesthetics combining luxurious materials, like light with dark marble, wooden panels, wide glass openings, special features like waterfalls, ponds, firepits… Lighting also plays a fundamental role as it is integrated in the facade design by using embedded led strips.

On ground floor an open plan distribution, having a large double-height entrance hall directly connected to the spectacular living, also double-height and facing to the well-cared outdoor space through the terrace. On one side of this central space is the most public part of the house, a nice open kitchen and dining, connected to the exterior carport, to be supplied directly through this other access. On the other side, an independent office/study and two guests bedrooms both with private bathrooms.

On the upper floor, one side is the fabulous master bedroom, which has a very large dressing room, a luxurious bathroom and an independent terrace. On the other side of the double height, there are 2 complete bedrooms with dressing room, bathroom en suite, and their corresponding terraces.

On the basement floor, service area, an incredible home cinema, music room, leisure space: gym, spa, multifunctional area for games and lounge…

Also important the exterior design where there is also an incredible swimming pool, beach, chill out and barbecue area, beautiful terraces surrounded by ponds and vegetation and a nice landscape design.
