B8 Architecture presents Villa Élysée, an exceptional private residence in Dubai’s prestigious Emirates Hills community, where the grandeur of classical European architecture is reinterpreted through a contemporary approach to luxury living.

Set on a plot of approximately 2,600 square metres, the villa is distinguished by its balanced proportions, monumental arched openings, refined architectural detailing and ornamental wrought-iron balustrades. Its warm ivory façade and expansive glazing create an elegant architectural composition that combines timeless character with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
